I purchased this Keyboard Case a few months ago, and so far I’m really impressed. Yes, it rotates all the way around so that you can fold the screen over the case and use it as a pad. Though for me the best part is that I can adjust the screen to whatever angle I need, which with the 5 previous cases I went through I could not do..
