Do I need a MagSafe Case?
If you have an iPhone lower than the iPhone 12 range or an Android phone, then you will need a MagSafe Case to use the Powerbank. The package includes a Magnetic ring that can be attached at the back of your phone to enable compatibility with the Powerbank.

What happens if my product arrives faulty?

All products are put through tests to ensure performance and quality. However, when manufacturing technology we understand that faulty products are a possibility.
